Fast Food: Wyatt’s Smokehouse (2527 Main Street), try their made to order burritoes or their 16-hr cooked brisket
Breakfast: The Breakfast Club (2490 Main Stree), Skip the Starbucks and opt for this local spot that has homemade comfort food and cheaper coffee.
Happy Hour or 5 a 7: The Cottage (77 Mirror Lake Drive), a trendy spot tucked away from the main street, it’s the perfect location for a relaxed evening with friends and gorgeous views of Mirror Lake.
Family Dinner: Generations (2543 Main Street), Located next to the Arrow Hotel, it boasts some amazing views of the water and a large outdoor terasse for the warmer months.
Candlelight Dinner: Lake Placid Club Boat House (654 Mirror Lake Drive), Located on the other side of Mirror Lake, this small restaurant serves up yummy seafood and fish in a romantic and cozy atmosphere.
Bar hopping: Lake Placid Pub and Brewery (813 Mirror Lake Drive), An easy going place where you can drink and be merry! You can also take a tour of the brewery and taste their beers.
