Alive and in Bali!!! This morning I went souvenir shopping in KK after checking out the handicraft market yesterday. I was looking through the different stores and feeling very uninspired until I spotted what I wanted. It was not cheap but it was love at first sight lol. On in the end I found everything I was looking for and it worked out perfectly. I am sure you are curious about what I got, but will take a picture when I get home since its all nicely packed. I will say that it’s something I am sure my nephew won’t mind inheriting when I die lol. I had lunch at little Italy, a surprisingly good italian resto to give my stomach a bit of a break and then went to the airport. I am completely fascinated by Air Asia! That company has its own terminal at numerous airports because of the sheer number of flights they have. I suspect a monopoly in Asian flights soon. The flight to Bali was good minus a bit of turbulence. The pilot was hilarious, the most entertaining message ever! Not that the mumbling we usually hear is hard to beat. It’s night in Bali so I haven’t seen very much, but our hotel is a great deal. Having some drinks on the balcony before doing laundry…*groan*. Atleast the place is thoughtful enough to have a clothing rack. Not sure on the plan is for the next few days but for sure beach time and a temple or two. Might even do a surfing lesson. How Blue Crush of me 😉
