Yup, there is a such a thing as a dedicated day to all things cheesecake. Taking place each year on July 31st, the Cheesecake Factory offers 50% off a slice of their cheesecake (with purchase of a meal) on this day. When my sister commented that she wanted to head down to the nearest Cheesecake Factory to celebrate, I didn’t hesitate to join her. So we made the 3hr journey down to Albany to enjoy a slice of Lemon Meringue and S’mores Galore cheesecake. Was it worth it? Yup, every bite was as decadent as you can imagine.
