It is now the end of my program at Sangam…. 🙁 As Rosey (the leader of the Aussie Contingent) said, “Carla, you screwed up! You tell your mom you should have stayed another 2 days at Sangam and come to Singapore with us” LOL… Got that mommy?! My rickshaw is picking me up around 4:30PM so the day is pretty laid-back, writing messages in people’s books and packing my bag… Speaking of which is now at 17kg… go figure, considering I barely bought anything… I reckon it’s the sari and punjabis (did you just catch the ‘I reckon’, yup I am learning aussie english). But it all fit in some kind of organized fashion so that all the stuff I will need is in the pocket at the bottom of my backpack…. So from Sangam I am taking a flight to Delhi, where I have a transfer planned to the hotel where my tour group is meeting up. I am hoping they are all nice and no dim-witted 18 year olds… lol…. Tomorrow morning I leave Delhi bright and early to go to Agra and visit the Taj Mahal. And from there it will be a crazy 2 weeks of visiting and travelling… No idea when I will be able to write again so it may get quiet for some time. Hmm.. anything else I want to share…? I will look to see if there are any other pics to upload that might be of interest. Oh, I saw Canada had a huge meltdown at the world jrs… glad I was not around to witness it… Also, I think figure skating nationals in the US and Canada start this week, so hard to miss it all! 🙂 Ok, hope everyone is well and not buried in snow or cold.
