Home in time for maple sugar!

Yes, I made it home alive and with all my belongings! It’s been quite busy since I got home including a short bout with gastro. I will be doing a trip recap with some of my highlights and recommendations in the days to come but in the meantime I wanted to share some pictures of the awesome food from the Cabane a Sucre.

An annual springtime tradition, this year I tried out Erabliere Charbonneau which is touted as the second best place Cabane (#1 is obviously Au pieds du cochons). It really was delicious with the desserts being the standout. Highly recommended if you are headed in the Mont St-Gregoire area!
